CLEAN AND CLEAR POLYMERS

Clean and Clear polymers are clean forging lubricants because they don’t contain any graphite. Our revolutionary products are easy to use and they eliminate in-cavity, line, nozzle, and sprayer buildup that is caused by graphite based lubricants.

Clean and Clear polymers enhance production by keeping the forging process clean and efficient. Our products will streamline your forging operations, reducing maintenance during production and keeping production lines clean.

CLEAN AND CLEAR POLYMERIC FORGING LUBRICANTS FEATURE:

  • Superior Lubrication
  • No Buildup
  • Increased Die Life
  • Easy Release
  • Graphite Free
  • No Mix Concentrate and Dilution
  • No Clogging

CLEAN. SAFE. GREEN.

WHY WE ARE CLEAN:

When we say clean, we mean it. There is no visible film left on the die after applying our Clean and Clear polymeric forging lubricants. This is unlike most common forging lubricants used today and can be concerning for first time users, however, clean means it’s working.

The first and most obvious answer is that these new Polymeric forging lubricants do not have any color. When compared to graphite the difference is literally black (graphite) and white (clear polymers). With our Clean and Clear product series, you get:

  • No in-cavity buildup.
  • No lettering issues.
  • No dirty stains on clothes, walls, floors, company vehicles, etc.

WHY WE ARE SAFE:

We use ingredients that meet the most stringent International Safety Standards for human health and safety. We formulate with ingredients that are friendly to the environment and our process is guided by research from international organizations and our own passion for a safe and healthy earth for all.

WHY WE ARE GREEN:

Our polymeric products are designed to be biodegradable and easily waste treated. We are continually advancing our formulations with new generation products featuring renewable raw materials and resources.

We constantly update our raw material library and eliminate any materials deemed unsafe by finding suitable substitutes.

Our original focus when developing these our forging lubricants was to eliminate the “bad” and keep the “good.” This meant eliminating all inorganic pigments and graphite from our lubricants.
